We ship our packages via various carriers including FedEx and the United States postal service.

When Can I Expect Delivery of my Order?

Our goal is to have merchandise shipped out within 2-4 business days of order receipt. Custom orders shipping time will take longer depending the availability of materials when order.

Shipping time will vary depending on where you live. Our shipping time will normally be 3-7 business days.

If you need your order quicker, we offer expedited shipping. This option is only available for the contiguous 48 United States. Express orders can be shipped out the business day after it is received in the office with the exception of special order items. These orders can be shipped upon the receipt of payment.

Please aloud-additional time to process orders when making a payment with a check.

We can ship the order of in stock items via overnight express or 2 day express. The cost for this is calculated once the order is placed and weighted. If you wish to be contacted about the shipping rates, please email us.

We can also upgrade the shipping to FedEx ground. This is added to the standard shipping charges and will be shipped out the next business day after it is received in our office. If you wish to upgrade the shipping to ground shipping please mention, “ground shipping upgrade” in the comment section of your order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We will accept payments made by PayPal, Money Orders, and Personal checks. Orders being paid by personal check or money orders will have to be mailed to our address.

International Shipping

International orders are processed and charged at the time of purchase. We use priority International Mail for international shipments. Shipping charges are applied and charged at the time of shipping. Rates are based on weight of the package and country that it’s being shipped to. This can not be determined until the order is package and weighted. Rates seen on our order form are rates charged for international orders. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

Recipient is responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be due in a particular country.

Please check with your country’s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.

Do You Accept Mail Orders and Where should I Mail My Payment?
